As a forward-looking architecture and design practice based in Germany, Aron Studio is dedicated to creating innovative, responsible, and sustainable solutions that bridge the gap between tradition and modernity. Our mission is to transform spaces in ways that are both functional and inspiring, while remaining deeply connected to cultural heritage, environmental responsibility, and social values.
Aron Studio operates through a dual structure: the registered company Aron Studio GmbH, and the officially licensed architectural office a+s studio, founded under the Chamber of Architects of Baden-Württemberg in May 2025. This structure allows us to provide both international consultancy and officially recognized architectural services in Germany, ensuring flexibility for our clients and excellence in every project.
Our expertise spans interior architecture, architectural consultancy, urban and industrial regeneration, adaptive reuse of heritage sites, and sustainable design strategies. Each project is approached with a focus on quality, collaboration, and long-term impact, turning challenges into opportunities for innovation.
At Aron Studio, we work closely with clients to understand their vision, explore new design possibilities, and deliver solutions that combine creativity, technical expertise, and environmental awareness. Elham Naderi

Elham Naderi, founder of Aron Studio and a+s studio, is an architect whose career combines academic excellence, international experience, and a strong commitment to responsible design. She holds a Master’s degree in Architecture from Iran and a Master of Architectural and Cultural Heritage from Anhalt University of Applied Sciences in Germany.
Elham began her professional journey in 2001, working alongside leading consulting engineers and architectural practices in diverse fields including healthcare, education, residential, and cultural design. These early experiences shaped her expertise in delivering innovative projects that combine functionality, sustainability, and aesthetics.
In 2023, she became a registered member of the Chamber of Architects of Saxony-Anhalt, formally establishing Aron Studio. Since May 2025, her membership has been transferred to the Chamber of Architects of Baden-Württemberg, where she obtained the license to open an independent architectural office under the name a+s studio. This office, operating as part of Aron Studio’s structure, reflects her vision of combining international consultancy with registered architectural services in Germany.
Elham’s design philosophy is rooted in sustainability, cultural heritage, and urban regeneration. She strives to create architecture that not only serves its immediate purpose but also contributes to the broader context—socially, environmentally, and culturally. As a passionate advocate of responsible design, she integrates eco-friendly materials, passive strategies, and energy-efficient systems into her projects, always seeking to minimize environmental impact while maximizing value for communities.
Her vision is to push boundaries, challenge conventions, and design spaces that inspire, endure, and connect people with their cultural and urban environments.
