In a remarkable display of skill and dedication, our team successfully completed the entire design and construction process within a record-breaking timeframe of just 3 months. This pavilion serves as a crucial entrance point for students, faculty, and visitors, providing a welcoming and aesthetically pleasing environment in a high security level. Our team worked to ensure that the design not only met the functional requirements but also reflected the ideals and values of the university.
Based on Site location and orientation, the main fronts of the building were located in the east and west, and for this reason, the vertical elements considered to prevent the annoying light. As a result, base factors of design was defined to have optimal interaction with climate condition.
Building cubical volume has been divided to seven parts with six narrow gaps, to provide the sufficient light inside the areas without any disturbance.
The pavilion features a visually striking facade, incorporating unique geometric patterns and intricate detailing. The careful selection of materials and colors enhances the overall appeal and creates a harmonious integration with the surrounding campus. The interior space of the pavilion was meticulously planned to accommodate various functionalities. From comfortable seating areas for waiting and socializing to information booths and administrative offices, every aspect was carefully considered and optimized for maximum efficiency. The form and material of roof as well as windows and walls create a very energy efficiency building. The large and 3 layer windows brighten the building with natural lights.
